Proximate indicator AK-11 (blood analyzer)

The device is used for carrying out proximate analyses of blood properties in clinic-and-diagnostic laboratories. It automatically defines 11 blood properties and concentration of haemoglobin components.

With the help of the proximate indicator AK-11A the following blood properties are defined with the error, %:
  • erythrocyte concentration: ±3

    The results of the measurements are represented on the display (indicator) and digital printout. The time of getting the results of analysis in 11 blood properties is not more than 1,5 minutes.

    The device liberates the laboratory assistants from tiresome visual calculation of blood cells and excludes the possibility of mistaking during visual calculation.

    D&T-20, D&T-80 stomatologic  drills

     We have mastered manufacture of high-quality portable stomatologic drills with the contactless micromotor electric drive in 2005. Development is intended for use in medical practice and in processing industries.

    By development of domestic devices which price will be much lower than cost of foreign analogues, technical decisions and the technologies used earlier only in manufacture of military and space technics are used. One of the features of the design of our drills is an absence of windings and shchetochnyh contacts on the rotor of the micromotor due to what pollution of an internal cavity by a coal dust is excluded. High reliability and the big resource of work are provided  .  The most high quality bearings which do not demand some greasing and service during all term of operation are applied in micromotors. New configuration of magnetic system and windings of the micromotor in a combination to modern materials and technology have provided high specific capacity of the device, have lowered feed and heating. The dynamic balancing of rotors executed on the modern equipment, does work of the micromotor quiet even at limiting frequency of rotation.
     

    Devices of two updatings - " D&T-20 " and " D&T-80 " which complete set includes the micromotor with a support, the block of management and the tight foot push-button switch are created.

    D&T-20 drill

    The D&T-20 Drill  is intended for carrying out of medical procedures and operations in stomatology. The micromotor " D&T-20 " (fig. 2) is supplied with the device for installation of standard direct or angular stomatologic tips. The micromotor contains a spring clamp which prevents a spontaneous detachment of a tip. The drill " D&T-20 " can be used also for performance of engraving or other works at processing materials, is similar to the " D&T-80 "

    D&T-80 drill

    The D&T-80 Drill  is intended for machining metal, ceramics,  stone, plastic,  bone and other materials by pine forests, mills, drills, disk saws, grinding and polishing circles. The micromotor of the " D*T-80 " (fig. 1) is supplied  with the mechanism for installation and fixing of the replaceable tool having standard landing diameter of a shaft of 2,35 mm. Radial palpation of the tool established in a grip of a shaft does not exceed 0,02¼¼. In a non-working condition at which the tool is not fixed in a grip, rotation of a shaft of the micromotor is impossible. Fixing and clearing of the tool is made by turn of a tip of the micromotor which is kept in extreme positions by a ball clamp.

    The electronic block of management

    The electronic block of management of both types of drills provides a mode of rotation of a contactless rotor in direct and return directions, rigid stabilization of frequency of rotation at action of external loading, regulation and digital indication of frequency of rotation, and also creation of a mode of the accelerated dynamic braking of a rotor at deenergizing. Inclusion of the micromotor can be carried out both from the foot push-button switch, and from the switch on the panel of the block. The block of management can ensure the functioning into the micromotor in a mode full or lowered (30 %) capacity due to restriction of the moment of rotation. Thus the maximal size of the moment of rotation is supported by a constant in all a range of frequencies of rotation of a rotor. Function of the limited capacity is necessary at performance of some kinds of therapeutic works. In the block of management protection of a drill against an overload is realized, for example, at jamming the tool or at inclusion of the micromotor at not fixed tool. To apply the new domestic electrotool at carrying out medical or surgical  operations and procedures the Certificate on the state registration of the "D&T" allows drills  as products of medical purpose . Development is protected by the patent of Ukraine ¹ 53776.
