Household GMS-Arsenal
Instructions for use (Download ~ 180 Kb)
General
Household GMS-Arsenal gas meter is suitable for volume measurement of
non-corrosive gases such as natural gas, propane, butane, air, etc.
GMS-Arsenal gas meters are used in municipal economy for commercial
registration.
Operation
The operation of the gas meter is based upon rotation of two figure
eight rotors under influence of pressure difference on the inlet and
outlet parts of the measuring chamber. When the flow of gas is constant
the rotors rotate with constant angular velocity and use for every
revolution measured volume, bounded by walls of the chamber and rotors.
The revolution of the rotors is transmitted to the counter by means of
a magnetic coupling in non-contact way.

ДУ 100 – ААКИ 305. 651. 017
There are two nets for gas filtration in the installation kit – one
is small with the clear dimension of the mesh’s side 0,056 mm and a
large one – 0,4 mm or 0,16 mm.
The installation kits are manufactured for gas meters type “GMS”
with the diameter of the nominal bore ДУ 30, ДУ 40, ДУ 50, ДУ 80, ДУ
100.
The above-mentioned installation kits were developed for gas meters
type “GMS” but they also can be used with the other gas equipment.

Gas Burner Device "Fakel-2"
Gas burner device "Fakel" (types 2-18Б, 2-21 Б,
2-24 Б, 2-27 Б, 2-30Б, 2-36 Б) is intended for burning natural gas in
household devices with water circuit and in heating hot-water boilers.
They provide automatic firing and automatic control of the heat
processes of gas burning and security control of the device operation.
When burning the fuel "Fakel" has high ecological properties, which allow to use it for lowheating boilers.
"Fakel" provides some profits when changing over the earlier installed devices from solid fuel to natural gas.

Safety and Control Automatic Equipment "Fakel - 2"
It is intended for automatic protection and
control of heat combustion processes of natural gas in household gas
burning and heating devices.
Automatic equipment on the gas devices performs the following functions:
1. provides gas supply on the ignition torch and on the main burner with the help of the manual control;
2. automatically disconnects gas supply to the device with the extinction of the ignition torch flame;
3. provides extinction of gas supply when the pressure is lower
than the earlier set level, provided that the height of the flame on
the ignition torch was earlier preadjusted;
4. provides momentaneous extinction of gas supply on the devices when turning control handle;
5. maintains the temperature in the heated room under given limits
with the help of automatic on/off switch of gas supply on the main
burner depending on the temperature of water in the heating system;
6. provides manual switch on of gas supply on the main burner when ignition torch is in operation;
7. provides blocking of gas supply on the main burner in "Start" regime;
8. provides manual control of the main burner power;
9. the control of the minimum flame setting is foreplanned;
Specifications
